Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information:
Your order will be delivered to ARAS Cargo within a maximum of 3 working days after the day you place your order, and your order will be delivered to ARAS Cargo within 7 working days. There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays. You can follow the order delivery stages from the My Orders section of the My Account section.

For Your Order Cancellation Requests:
If your order is in the preparation stage. If your product has not been delivered to the Cargo authorities yet, you can report it by calling our customer service on ...Company..Telephone... or by sending an e-mail to info@sitename.com. Your order will be canceled during the day.

Fee Refund Process:
Your returned product will be examined by ...Company name.. officials and it will be investigated whether it complies with the return conditions. The return of the products that comply with the return procedures will be approved and the product fee will be deposited in your bank within 10 working days. It may take 7-15 business days for this fee to be reflected in your account due to bank procedures.

• The product(s) must be sent to us in its original packaging undamaged, unused and undamaged as a result of misuse.
• You must send the sales invoice of the product.
• If the invoice of the product is corporate, a replacement or refund is made over the amount on the invoice, provided that the upper group is not used in underwear and swimwear, which is arranged by the institution for the return process, not including the cargo share.
• Underwear, underwear, silicone bras and corsets are not changed due to hygiene reasons.
• The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to him, and in case of use, to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
